By accessing or using CaseIntel.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CaseIntel.io is a product of WIXEN COMPANY LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company located in West Chester, PA.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CaseIntel is a legal technology software platform that provides AI-powered document processing, discovery automation, privilege detection, and case management tools for law firms and legal professionals.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or stolen documents
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including attorney-client privilege rules
• Share login credentials or access with unauthorized users

• Regular security audits and penetration testing

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this risk.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wixen Company LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period ends
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chester County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
